5K and Walk participants are encouraged to enter their dog or dogs in our famous Save a Stray 5K dog contests! Think your dog is the best? Compete against other dogs and owners in our fun contests just for canines…. and go home with prizes! Dog/owner pairs are welcome to compete in more than one category.

• Best Dog/Owner Look-a-Like

Contests are held on the stage of Discovery Park immediately following the 5K awards ceremony. Registration for contests is not required.
